DECLUTTER YOUR SPACE.
MAXIMIZE YOUR TIME.
SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE.
In 2013 I made the decision to "retire" from a 14-year career in education to pursue my dream job -- Professional Home Organizing!
I have an undergraduate degree in Literature and Education, a graduate degree in Educational Leadership, and I am a National Board Certified Teacher. My background in teaching and school administration has provided me with a wealth of experience in managing and organizing people and systems.
My love for organizing began at a very early age. In my baby book my mom writes that, at age 4, one of my favorite activities was cleaning up my toys. (Other parents must have thought mine hit the jackpot!) As a teen, I found pleasure in reorganizing my bedroom every couple of weekends. It wasn't until I was an adult, and found myself teased by friends for putting things "just so," that I knew this was a unique trait. Since then I've been helping friends and family organize their home spaces, classrooms, and work environments, because it is what I love to do.
As a Professional Organizer, I am thrilled to be able to fulfill my desire to help others and to utilize my experience in coaching both children and adults, while incorporating my love for sorting and organizing.
